I have owned Scotties since 1978, and have been breeding them since 1981. I carefully consider potential appearances for my team of Mascots, and the possible impact on them, with decisions made about which Scottie does which job. I spend alot of time training and preparing our Scotties, not to mention the time taken in designing and making new kilts for them. We often get asked if the Scotties will ever retire ..... my answer is if they lose interest in what they are doing, they will be retired, but it is very rare. I have the heart-wrenching times of losing my babies from time to time, so Iintroduce new puppies when needed. I proudly own, train, and handle my team of Scottiedogmascots.
